I am an experienced M&A professional, focusing on creating sustainable value growth for clients through strategic acquisitions and business mergers. With many years of project experience in global markets, I am good at working with cross-functional teams and leading the whole process management from due diligence to post-transaction integration.

Lori Khoo is a graduate of Tsinghua University, where she earned dual bachelor’s degrees, one in Economics and the other an MBA. Her academic background from one of China's top institutions provides her with a strong foundation in economic theory and business strategy, equipping her well for leadership in complex financial and business environments.
